Your child’s safety always comes first.

Riding together is exciting, and it’s easy to get carried away, but it’s important to recognise when enthusiasm can turn into unnecessary risk. We recommend that the bike seat is used only for appropriate, non-technical riding and not on technical trails or terrain where impacts, sudden drops, or loss of control are more likely. A parent or guardian should always make the judgement on whether their child is ready and fit to ride, taking into account conditions, terrain, and the child’s ability to remain seated and secure. Before every ride, carefully check that the bike seat is correctly fitted, fully secured, and adjusted in accordance with the instructions. Ensure there is no possible way for the child to come into contact with any moving parts of the bicycle, including wheels, drivetrain, suspension, or controls. If in doubt, do not ride — take the time to recheck setup or choose a more suitable riding environment.
