Warranty Policy
RiiDZ products are designed and manufactured to high standards. We warrant that our bike seat products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid for products purchased directly from RiiDZ or from an authorised retailer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material failures under normal riding conditions, and faults arising from correct installation and intended use. Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the affected component or product, or provide a refund where repair or replacement is not possible.
The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation or failure to follow instructions, use outside the stated intended use or weight limits, modifications or alterations, use of non-approved parts, normal wear and tear including cosmetic wear, accidents, crashes, drops or impact damage, use in conditions beyond normal riding, or failure to carry out reasonable pre-ride checks. Improper use includes but is not limited to allowing a child to stand on footrests where not intended, using the product with incompatible bicycles, or any use contrary to the instructions supplied.
This warranty applies to products purchased for personal, non-commercial use only. Products used for commercial purposes, including rental, hire fleets, demo fleets, or loan schemes, are excluded from warranty coverage unless otherwise agreed in writing by RiiDZ prior to purchase.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union. We do not currently ship to the United States or other non-EU countries.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or product launches. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 working days for the UK and 5–10 working days for the EU. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or import charges within the EU are the responsibility of the customer where applicable. Commercial, fleet, or bulk orders may be subject to separate shipping terms, which will be agreed at the time of order.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and components. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction if returned items show signs of use, damage, or incomplete return.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer law. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Products purchased for commercial, rental, or fleet use are not eligible for consumer cancellation rights under distance selling regulations, except where required by law. Any returns, replacements, or service arrangements for commercial customers must be agreed separately and in writing.

Pre-Orders
When placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate dispatch. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If we are unable to meet the stated delivery timeframe, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
